A federal high court in the nation’s capital previously denied Sheikh El-Request Zakzaky’s request for the Department of State Services, or DSS, to return his and his wife’s passports.
The court that rendered a decision in this case, Judge Obiora Egwuatu, determined that the Islamic cleric had failed to establish that his passport was lost.
